OVERNIGHT OATS

For 1 person:

35g of oatmeal
30g of vegetable yoghurt
120ml of plant milk
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 teaspoon of maple syrup (more or less according to your taste)
30g of red fruits
1 tablespoon of water

The day before, mix the oatmeal, plant-based yogurt, plant-based milk, maple syrup and chia seeds in a bowl or glass. Let it sit in the fridge overnight.

On the day, blend the berries with the tablespoon of water to make a coulis. Pour the coulis over the porridge and add fresh fruit as a topping. It's ready, you can enjoy it!
