  •  4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 75 g wheat flour
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. rice/chickpea yofi
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking oil


Peel the potatoes and grate them very finely. Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater. Place the grated vegetables in a bowl, cover them and leave them for a quarter of an hour to release their juice.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and fry in a pan with a little oil.

Place the grated vegetables in a colander and squeeze them to extract as much juice as possible. Return them to the bowl, which has been emptied and dried. Flavored with salt and pepper. Add the onion to the pan, the crushed garlic clove, the curry and the Yofi milk.
Mix well. Add the flour to the mixture.

Former patties and roll them in a bowl of flour. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a smooth skillet. When the oil begins to crackle, carefully place the patties in the pan.
