Pumpkin Spice Iced Latte

Who wants a super frothy pumpkin spice iced latte?🎃🍂✨

Recipe for a tall glass:
  • an espresso shot (80ml)
  • 50g pumpkin purée
  • 250ml Yofi Oats & Chickpeas
  • 2 handfuls of ice

Make the syrup (this makes several servings):
reduce 75g of brown sugar, a tsp of cinnamon & nutmeg & 100ml of water on medium heat for 15min or until it thickens

Make the latte:
blend the pumpkin purée with 150g of Yofi & a tbsp of syrup
froth 100ml of Yofi with a milk frother

Assemble starting with some syrup, some ice followed by the pumpkin milk, then add the frothed milk & finish with the espresso shot ☕️
