1 handful of spinach
1 small banana
1 apple
1/3 cucumber
A few mint leaves
120ml of plant milk (more or less depending on the desired texture)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional depending on your taste)

Pour the washed and chopped fruits, vegetables and mint into a blender.

Pour in half the milk and start blending.

Then add the milk a little at a time to adjust the amount to the texture you want.

If necessary, strain the smoothie through a sieve and serve in a tall glass. Enjoy!
